Since 1997 Zeno Protect has been an independent, quality-oriented Dutch producer of Clean-Run-Zones. Our products keep the entrances to commercial buildings, schools and hospitals etc. safe and beautiful by stopping dirt, snow and water. This makes it possible to clean more efficiently and to reduce maintenance costs. Zeno Protect Clean-Clean-Zones contains 3 different products to meet the aesthetic requirements and budget of any building.

EXCELLENCE
By using a combination of coarse and finer filaments, Excellence brushes shoes powerfully clean.
Made from 100% recycled nylon
(including discarded fishing nets)

The yarns we use in the Excellence collection consist entirely of 100% regenerated ECONYL® nylon. This yarn is made from both post-consumer and post-industrial waste. Used fishing nets serve as one of the most important components. The fishing nets are ground up and returned through an ingenious process to the raw material caprolactam from which new yarn is made.

How does it work?
While walking over the Excellence Clean-up Zone, shoe soles are effectively cleaned by the optimum friction that arises. The coarse filaments of the yarn provide an extra brush effect. The specially developed finer filaments give Excellence the functional properties, so that the aspect is maintained even with intensive use. As a result, Excellence will continue to look beautiful for a long time. The cut pile construction ensures that Excellence is easy to clean.

Excellence color options
Excellence is available in 10 fashionable colours. The colors have been chosen in such a way that they perfectly match the underlying floor covering. The design is mixed so that dirt and moisture are not easily visible.

Excellence has been specially developed for 'dirt critical' areas. Think for example of the entrance, lifts, around coffee machines and in the transition between factory space, offices or kitchens and restaurant. In short: wherever people move from a dirty to a clean environment.
Excellence is suitable for heavy commercial use and is widely used in schools, universities, hospitals, shopping malls, office buildings, cinemas, hotels, etc.
SUPER
Super consists of specially selected yarns that, due to the special construction, provide effective friction so that shoes are walked on cleanly.

Super has a specific surface structure that binds dirt and hides it from view. The filaments of the yarn ensure efficient friction, so that dirt and moisture are collected in the pile material of Super Schoonloop-Zone. The design is in line with contemporary trends and can be perfectly combined with underlying floor coverings. The cut pile construction makes Super easy to clean.

Super is available in 10 fashionable colours. The colors have been chosen in such a way that they perfectly match the underlying floor covering. The design is mixed so that dirt and moisture are not easily visible. The international trends of Milan 2020 have been taken into account when developing this collection.

For indoors & outdoors
Star Schoonloop-Zone is a flexible and resilient product with a striking structure that stands for a high storage capacity. The entry of sand is reduced because the vinyl structure ensures that your shoe soles are brushed clean while walking.
Star is available in an open and closed structure. The open version ensures maximum drainage. The closed structure is recommended for indoor use.

Star is an attractive alternative to an aluminum brush mat. The fresh modern colors give your entrance a high attention value. The product is easy to clean with water. Rigid is non-slip and suitable for wheelchair traffic.

Scope of application
Star Schoonloop-Zone ensures that your shoe soles are brushed clean. This product is therefore very suitable for use in places where a lot of (coarse) dirt is entered. Due to the vinyl construction, Star does not absorb water. We recommend installing a Super or Excellence Clean-off Zone behind this material.
EXTREME
Made-to-measure system mat suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Customization
The aluminum Extreme system mat is the solution for your busy entrance. Turnstiles are precious and you don't want to run the unnecessary risk of them getting damaged. Extreme is custom made for you and is available in different heights. You can choose from a brush strip or make combinations with a rubber strip or carpet insert. The carpet insert has the additional advantage that water is also absorbed.

Combine Extreme
Extreme can be used both indoors and outdoors. The sturdy aluminum frame ensures that Extreme can withstand heavy loads and can be walked on very intensively. You can choose from various carpet inserts within the Excellence and Super collections. For example, it is possible to make a combination behind this Extreme system mat with an Excellence or Super Clean-off Zone in the same colour.
