The VB Exa® Superflat floor meets the highest flatness requirements, which is why the floor is mainly used in narrow aisle or high-rise warehouses. This concrete floor is jointless, offers a high level of comfort, maximum forklift speed and requires little maintenance. VB Hecta VVV® multifunctional jointless floor (impermeable)

Due to the standard high flatness and the lack of joints, this concrete floor is suitable for a wide range of applications. A very functional, durable concrete floor, with little or no load restrictions, that requires little maintenance. With limited adjustments, this floor can be designed as liquid-resistant or liquid-tight. The liquid-tight floor can be equipped with so-called VVV (Statement of Liquid-tight Facility). Van Berlo Engineering specializes in advice for and technical design of foundations and industrial concrete floors. Our experienced engineers ensure that your concrete substructure meets the guidelines for intensive daily use. Thanks to the close cooperation between Van Berlo Engineering and our other disciplines, good coordination and constructive consultation between all parties involved already takes place during the concept phase. As a result, the concrete substructure always has a design and execution with added value.

The basis of your foundation and industrial floor is always a design by Van Berlo Engineering. Among other things, we can test the compressive strength and bending strength of concrete cubes, cylinders or beams. The wear resistance and flatness can also be examined. By combining our disciplines, we always deliver a high-quality, but above all cost-efficient foundation and industrial floor.
