Japenga Architecten is a new name in the architectural world. However, the founder of this new company, Peter Japenga, is no stranger to the construction world. He has 30 years of experience in construction, of which 20 years as an architect.

Peter: “We are an all-round architectural firm that realizes beautiful buildings for enterprising clients from the business community and project development. Custom designed business premises, office buildings and apartment buildings are created by our agency in dialogue with the clients.”

VISION

Japenga Architects stands for appealing, functional and sustainably designed buildings. In the design process, a balance is sought between the wishes of the users, the location, the interests of the client and the architectural appearance. In the design and elaboration, the emphasis is on spatial experience, functionality, sustainability and financial feasibility. The aim is a recognizable, characteristic end product in which architecture, urban development situation and public space flow together harmoniously.

TRANSFORMATIONS

Japenga Architecten is also the right partner for renovations of existing buildings. The buildings are transformed both internally and externally by the agency. The result of this complete metamorphosis ensures a look and feel of the buildings that in turn fits the company that is located there.

WHAT WE DO

Japenga Architecten supervises construction projects from the very first sketch, through the technical elaboration and application for an environmental permit, up to and including the final delivery. The designs are developed with care for detail and attention to sustainability for the permit application. These drawings also serve as a basis for the implementation, which can also be supervised by Japenga Architects if desired. During the process from design to technical elaboration, regular consultations take place with the client and the elaboration is compared with the program of requirements and the design principles.
