FLOOR GRILLS
DPG DEJO PRESS SCREEN STANDARD SCREEN
The dejo grille DPG is a commonly used type for normal walking loads. The load on a grating is determined by the interplay of forces between the span, bearing bars and mesh pattern. More span gives more deflection and therefore a lower load. A denser mesh pattern gives more load-bearing bars per grid and thus enables a higher load. The use of heavier bearing bars is also an option to apply a higher load.
The DPG grating with bearing bar 30-2, cross bar 10-2 and meshes 33x33 is regarded as the standard "dejo grating" and can be produced in any desired size up to a maximum of 3000 mm in length or width.
DPH DEJO HEAVY DUTY Grating
The dejo grating DPH is a commonly used type for heavy loads such as freight traffic and forklift trucks. The load on a grating is determined by the interplay of forces between the span, bearing bars and mesh pattern. More span gives more deflection and therefore a lower load. A denser mesh pattern gives more bearing bars per grid and therefore a higher load. The use of heavier bearing bars goes without saying.
The DPH grille with bearing bars 150-5, crossbars 30-5 and meshes 33x33 is a commonly used type for heavy traffic with a maximum load of 12 tons per wheel with a span of 1000 mm.
DSP DEJO SP GRILL
Any type of grille; dejo has it in stock or makes it specially tailored. Dejo is particularly well known for its custom-made grilles. SP gratings, gratings with recesses, spade edges or specific shapes? Made with anti-slip steel, for offshore and/or finished with a one-layer or two-layer coating in any desired color? It's no problem at all for dejo. SP grids in stainless steel can be ordered in consultation.
The grille DSP with bearing bar 30-3, a twisted round filler bar 5mm and meshes 34x38mm is a much sought-after type that can be supplied in maximum lengths of 6100 mm on a width of 1000 mm.
DG DEJO GRIP GRID
Dejo grip gratings, also called perfo, are made of steel, stainless steel or aluminum in which holes are punched. The edges are then folded over in a bending machine. Thanks to the wide variation in width, height and bending options, these gratings can be used in many ways. There are various perforation and pattern options that can influence the visibility, drainage and anti-slip effect.
Dejo grip is ideally suited for (spiral) stairs and landings because of the minimal transparency from both above and below. When used at high altitudes, people suffer less from fear of heights thanks to the reduced visibility.
DKR DEJO CAMBRIDGE
With the DKR Dejo Comb Grille, the crossbars protrude above the load-bearing bars. This gives a special effect because it seems that there are no carriers in the grid, which creates a beautiful line in the surface. The Comb Grille is therefore regularly used in landings and luxury ventilation grilles in buildings.

Decking gratings are gratings or steps with special recesses for insertion options. Decking gratings are especially suitable for durable and aesthetic applications in areas such as balconies, scaffolding, gardens and terraces. An additional advantage is that with efficient use of the decking gratings, a lot of money can be saved on the total steel construction.
The grids are 'covered' with different materials such as wood, plastic or bamboo. You choose the application (aesthetic or load-bearing purposes) and dejo tailors the gratings or stair treads for you. Grilles with recesses, spade edges or specific shapes?

DPS DEJO PRESS RATINGS
The dejo pressed grating steps (DPS) can be completely customised, but in most cases standard sizes are used that are available from stock. Each stair step is fitted as standard with two gusset plates with a hole pattern for attachment and an anti-slip profile at the front. In addition, the bearing and/or cross bars can also be provided with anti-slip knurling.
A popular type of stair tread is the DPS with bearing bar 30-2, filler bar 10-2 and meshes 34x33 in width 800 and depth 240mm. This type is suitable for both light and heavy passenger traffic. For heavy persons we take into account a large man / woman who carries 2 heavy tool boxes.

DPA DEJO ARTDECK Grating STEP
DPA Dejo Artdeck® grating steps are steps filled with EPDM rubber granulate and available in various colours. This filling makes the step safe, sound-absorbing and, above all, colourful. Artdeck® gratings and stair treads can be used in landings, bridges, stairs or galleries.
Your gallery or bridge gets its own identity and appearance through a design with color. In addition to the standard colors black, anthracite and gray, other colors are also possible. In addition, there is the possibility to make color mixtures from the granulate grains.

WALL GRILLS
DPL DEJO VANE GRILLE
DPL Dejo louvre grilles are grilles where the filler bar (louvre) is placed at a certain angle in the bearing bar. This type of grille is mainly used vertically as a facade grille, ventilation grille, sun protection or fencing. The hollow mesh pattern of the filler largely determines the passage of light, sight or air.
A commonly used type is the Dejo vane grille with bearing bar 30-2, filler bar 40-2, angle 45 degrees and meshes 99x33. The maximum size is 3000 mm high or 2000 mm wide.
DSL DEJO VANE GRILLE LIGHT
The DSL Dejo blade grille light has all the advantages of a normal blade grille, but is distinguished by a lower weight per m2. The blades are made of 2 mm thick material in which an extra setting has been applied. The grille is suitable for applications where weight plays a major role. Think for example of vehicles, facades and roofs.

DPF DEJO CARDBOARD GRID
DPF Dejo Kartonnage gratings are gratings where the load-bearing bar and filler bar have the same height. This creates a symmetrical image, which means that this type of grille is often used in aesthetic applications such as ceilings, stairwells and decorative fencing. The beauty of this grille is that the front and back look the same. This in contrast to a standard DPG press grating where the crossbars are much smaller.
A frequently used type is the dejo DPF Cardboard grating with bearing bar 30-2, filler bar 30-2 and meshes 44x44 in maximum lengths or widths of 3000 mm.
DFG DEJO FACADE GRILL
Dejo façade gratings (DFG) are gratings where a round filler bar is pressed into a rectangular bearing bar. The applications are very versatile, such as grating, fencing and shielding.
A frequently requested grille is the type DFG with bearing bar 30-3, filler bar round 5 and meshes 33x99.
DSM DEJO EXPANDED METAL
DSM Dejo expanded metal is produced from a flat sheet of steel, aluminum or stainless steel. The “wiebertjes shape” is created by simultaneously punching, stretching and possibly deforming the material. This creates openings in the material without loss of material. The variation in mesh patterns is endless and this makes the product extremely suitable for facade cladding, sun protection and partitions, for example.
