AESA Netherlands was founded in 2008 with the background to provide the market with good but also affordable installations, whereby the maxim is: A deal is a deal!
The installations for AESA Netherlands are produced by EuroAcces Technology (Atech). ATECH is the result of 35 years of experience gained in the production of facade maintenance installations. ATECH can be found in more than 40 countries around the world. Thanks to a distribution network of companies, our organization is provided with new ideas, projects and technical challenges every day.
AESA Nederland uses various Dutch companies that have extensive experience with rail tracks for the delivery and installation of the rail tracks.
AESA Netherlands is active in both existing and new construction. For clients such as real estate developers and contractors, as well as housing corporations and real estate developers, we provide custom work: pure craftsmanship entirely focused on the wishes and requirements of the customer.

Roof car type A-01
​
The roof car is electrically mobile on a double track rail system.
The superstructure is mounted on the undercarriage by means of an electrically driven slewing ring.
The arm mounted on the superstructure can be raised and lowered hydraulically, so that the distance between the gondola and the facade can be varied.
At the end of the arm is an electrically rotatable equator from which the gondola is suspended.
The roof car is galvanized and coated (C4 quality) in a ntb ral color.
The casing of the winch and the plating of the gondola are natural anodised.
The entire installation complies with current regulations and is CE marked.
Roof car type A-10
​
This installation is extremely suitable for use in narrow passages, on existing rail tracks (replacement) and buildings where large loads on the roof are not possible. The roof car is electrically mobile on a double track rail system. The arms mounted on the superstructure can be raised and lowered hydraulically, so that the distance between the nacelle and the facade can be varied. The control for driving, winching and topping can be operated from both the gondola and the roof car and is equipped with solid relay technology and all necessary safety devices.
The winch is equipped with 4 grooved drums and a forced winding by means of an oscillating spindle. This guarantees the correct winding of the steel cables. The roof car is galvanized and coated (C4 quality) in a ntb ral color. The casing of the winch and the plating of the nacelle are natural anodised. The entire installation complies with current regulations and is CE marked.
Roof car type A-25

This roofcar features a single arm and incorporates all the facade reaching technology that we have developed in the projects we have participated in, for example: vertical telescopic mast or scissor construction to conceal the machine when not in use, telescopic arms up to 5 steps, material hoist for lifting heavy loads (up to 1,000 kg), pantograph gondolas to reach recessed facades (up to 11 metres), gondolas up to 10 meters wide, electronic programming, etc. The entire installation complies with current regulations and is CE marked, which guarantees safety.
Self-Hoisting Gondola

Gondola installations are available in various designs. Gondola installations are suspended from monorail tracks, roof cars and/or roof beams.
Aesa Nederland BV has two different types of gondolas. The Self-Hoisting Gondola and the Pantograph Gondola.
One or two electrically driven traction hoists are used to lift and lower the gondola. The steel cables are wound on electrically driven steel cable drums
Pantograph gondola

Gondola installations come in various designs. Gondola installations are suspended from monorail tracks, roof cars and/or roof beams.
Aesa Nederland BV has two different types of gondolas. The Self-Hoisting Gondola and the Pantograph Gondola.
For safety, the gondola is equipped with, among other things, a high-speed brake and a nuisance device.
The gondolas are available in a one- or two-person version, with a length ranging from 1 to 15 metres.

Freely laid rail track
​
The most commonly used rail track is laid freely on the roof. Granulate tiles are placed on the roof with concrete rail supports on top. The rail profile is mounted on this.
Anchored rail track
​
The track can also be anchored to the roof. Steel rail track supports are anchored to the concrete floor and glued into the roof by the roofer. The rail profile is mounted on the rail track supports.
Monorail track
​
This is a single aluminum rail profile suspended from steel wall or ceiling supports. The monorail track is mainly used for suspended ladder and gondola installations.
